WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO BE ENOUGH

For years now we've been bombarded with information and messages about Manifestation and taking control of our lives. Though the information we may have learnt about being a creator and power force in our lives is truly positive, sometimes we have to ask, what is it going to take for us to be enough, to have enough, to feel like we ARE enough?

Jeff Brown calls these kinds of new-age adages that we've taken on as New Cage, which I love! Another prison to say that you are still not enough yet, you still have somewhere to go and to someone to be.

When we return to our wild (true) nature we let go of control. Some feel this is 'out of control' but it is not the same thing. The intention is clear, direct and strong. The outside is not the thing we control; it's the movement inside that we observe. Manifesting a fantastic life is possible if we know deep in the core I Am Enough. Without that all the affirmations, visualizations and workshops in the world are not going to cut it!

I had to look into this deeply as it was hidden in the background under layers of 'stuff' disguised as so many other things and was appearing as as a life of trying/struggling. Caroline Myss says 'love is a verb, not a noun'. In order to love ourselves we have to take action, one decision at a time.  Acknowledging that Self-Love is something we may have to 'work' at moment to moment (especially if we've been so far away from it for years and didn't know!) is an act of liberation.

A good thing to ask yourself is 'If I absolutely knew I was enough, (or you can replace it with 'brilliant' 'worthy' 'safe' enough - whatever springs to mind) what decision would I make here'?

Or try this simple exercise and when you feel yourself worrying about not having enough money, love, recognition, support (whatever it is you're feeling a loss of power over), is to try replacing it with 'I have enough right now' and then see where that takes you, and how your actions become more aligned, present and whole.

In truth, you are enough; you are so much more than enough it is beyond explanation! But as Byron Katie says, 'no one can set your level of worthiness except you' it is an inside job!
