Nothing is going on here
Yet it's all happening.
Look how amazing you are
With your heart beating on the pebbles
Your emotions tearing up
Your feelings swirling
Your breath deepening
Your body aching
Your presence and essence as clear and luminous as the sky
Shining, always shining.
You change yet are changeless
Ageless
Timeless.
Can you see this or are you tired?
Many think they are tired of life.
But in truth, we are only ever tired of the person, not of the life itself.
Exhausting the enormous energy it takes to maintain being somebody.
Under the personhood, a mighty wave beats on regardless
With no preference or opinion.
It never ceases
It's the rhythmical joy of living
It tires not.
Just as the sea never says
'I can't be bothered today, this whole being the sea thing is too much'.
Can you see this here right now,
as yourself shining back at you
In total magnificence.
Effervescent brilliance
Where nothing is happening
Yet everything lives.
Just look how amazing you are!
